The best way to unblock drains is to use a hydro-jetting machine to blast the blockage out with a high pressure jet of water. The water is pressurised enough that it appears to be a solid stream of water when it emerges from the nozzle and this helps it to break down the blockage further and clear it out. The water is also mixed with detergent that helps to loosen the grease and other blockages so that they can be washed away. The jet is able to clear away the blockage and the detergent will help it to keep flowing freely. This can be a messy job and the drains need to be cleaned out after the unblocking is completed.
Using advanced CCTV drain survey equipment, our drainage experts can perform a drain inspection in London to detect blockages in their early stages, allowing us to clear them quickly and easily before they become a major issue. Left alone, these problems can cause the property to flood or cause excessive foul odours that can be both damaging to the environment and your health.
