FXtive’s window & specialist cleaning division has gained a wealth of experience with contracts ranging from small residential blocks through to large scale commercial, retail and industrial buildings including multi-storey offices.

We specialise in all aspects of window, UPVC and facade cleaning by using the very latest in water purification and pole cleaning systems (Reach and Wash). Our teams are highly trained and experienced in the safe use of ladders, harnesses, abseiling rope access and hydraulic platform vehicles. FXtive specialises in after builders cleaning and have built a strong reputation for reliability and efficiency in this area. We provide and maintain high standards of professional expertise and quality services to the construction industry.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

We take health and safety very seriously. Our standard practise includes
• Site specific risk assessments and method statements
• Induction and refresher training for all staff
• Safe chemical policy & COSHH assessments
All our staff have received COSHH training in the use of the chemicals used.

Experience has taught us how to identify problem areas and tasks prior to the commencement of cleaning. We will endeavour to provide a solution. With the use of our IPAF trained plant operatives we are able to offer high access cleaning for those difficult to reach and normally inaccessible areas, as well as exterior high level window cleaning. We also use the reach and wash system where possible for fast and efficient window cleaning.
