Using our powerful vacuum machines and specially adapted lightweight poles we are able to survey and clean gutters up to 50 feet high, and provide recorded footage of your gutters both before and after vacuuming.

Our unique service eliminates the expense of scaffold or the danger of ladders, thus minimising health and safety risks but more importantly providing a more cost effective solution. In addition, our system is environmentally friendly and also causes minimal disturbance to occupants of the buildings.

We will alert you of any damage identified prior to vacuuming, and are able to offer our services to carry out any necessary repairs to gutters or affected areas of the building.

FXtive always carry spare brackets, clips and end caps for all makes of guttering, so we can repair any minor issues arising whilst on site,

 

Cherry Pickers

When we can not use the up keeper vac FXtive will use Hydraulic platforms powered by electric or diesel reaching heights of 45 feet to 120 feet. When truck mounted they can reach in excess of 120 feet.for areas with a fully trained IPAF operative

 

Ladders

FXtive will still use ladder in connfined spaces and places where there are many obstructions, to reach spots where machinery is inaccessible.
